These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Top Flooring Ltd website and to the purchase of flooring products and flooring services from Top Flooring Ltd.
By placing an order or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK law.

We offer a range of timber flooring products in different sizes, patterns and finishes. Bespoke sizes and patterns may also be available upon request.
Our products can be individually produced according to the customer’s requirements, including selected colours and flooring grades from options provided by Top Flooring Ltd.
Because certain products are made specifically for an individual customer or project, bespoke, made-to-order or specially customised products may not be eligible for cancellation, return or refund once production has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where the product is faulty.
Customers are responsible for confirming their selected product, colour, grade, size and pattern before production begins.
We accept payment by:
Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required for product supply and installation. The deposit secures the project and proposed booking date once the date has been confirmed with our production team and agreed with the customer.
The remaining balance will be payable in accordance with the payment terms agreed for the project.
A standard delivery charge of £50 may apply for deliveries to the areas covered by our delivery service.
The final delivery charge may vary depending on the quantity, load, delivery requirements and destination. Where the standard charge does not apply, the applicable delivery cost will be confirmed by our office before delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that suitable access is available for delivery.
As many of our products are individually manufactured or customised to customer requirements, cancellation rights may be limited once production has started, subject to applicable UK consumer law.
Where a customer cancels a project after paying the required deposit and production or project preparation has commenced, the deposit will generally be non-refundable because it covers production arrangements, project preparation and allocation of resources.
This does not affect any cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
For standard products that are not bespoke or made to the customer’s specific requirements, any applicable return or cancellation rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms provided at the time of purchase.
We take reasonable care throughout our production process and carry out quality checks during manufacturing, including checks relating to veneer and finish application.
If a product is damaged due to an issue caused by Top Flooring Ltd, we will address the issue and, where appropriate, cover the reasonable cost of resolving the damage.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if products arrive damaged or if they believe a product is faulty.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Our installation projects require a 50% deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The deposit secures the project and booking date after confirmation with our production team and agreement with the customer.
Installation work is covered by a 2-year warranty, subject to the terms of the warranty and applicable law.
Top Flooring Ltd provides a 25-year warranty for timber floor manufacturing, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
The warranty relates to manufacturing and does not cover damage, deterioration or issues resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including inappropriate use, accidents, alterations or failure to follow appropriate care and maintenance instructions.
The floor finish is not covered by the 25-year manufacturing warranty because its condition can be affected by factors such as traffic, use and maintenance.
We recommend regular maintenance of the floor finish and offer maintenance services that may help extend the life of the flooring and reduce the need for sanding.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts of England and Wales.
